This draft policy describes how Rudraashwi Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”) treats data when licensed insurance agents use Agent Policy CRM on Android and through agentpolicycrm.com.

2. Advisor Data Ownership

All customer contacts, policy details, premium dates, and notes entered into Agent Policy CRM belong exclusively to the advisor. We do not sell, rent, commercialize, or monetize advisor client databases to third parties, corporate aggregators, or marketing networks.

3. Information Collected for App Functionality

• Advisor Contact: Name, mobile phone number, city, and subscription status to manage account activation.
• Device Binding Identifier: A hardware identifier to enforce the 1-device security boundary and prevent unauthorized access.
• Advisor Business Records: Customer names, policy numbers, premium dates, and notes stored for advisor productivity.

4. WhatsApp Dispatch

Our 1-tap WhatsApp feature generates pre-formatted text that launches the user’s installed WhatsApp application. The message is sent directly through WhatsApp by the advisor. We do not access or store your WhatsApp conversations.

5. Full Data Portability

Excel export is planned and is not currently available. Ask the WhatsApp desk about data access before uploading any client records.
